Over 15 years ago, after changing my major four times (and driving my parents crazy), I landed somewhere unexpected: Customer Experience.

It quickly became my passion and morphed into a career where I could engage with people, clients, and places I couldn’t have imagined. I’ve created customer journeys for wine buyers in Napa, mobile apps for truck drivers trying to stay safe on long-haul rides, and digital shopping experiences for moms in the Midwest, to name a few. The insight and perspective I gain with each new engagement strengthens my empathy and expands my toolkit for creating meaningful, unforgettable customer experiences while supporting and growing highly functional, thriving, and close-knit teams.

I’m always ready for another challenge and opportunity to create an outstanding experience for the next group of people, travel to new places, and change the way we all think about what a great digital experience can be.
